His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah expresses confidence that the establishment of the Tilawah Al-Qur'an Scheme for Children, STAKA, is very important in becoming the foundation for the formation of noble morals and personalities. His Majesty made the titah during the Final of the National Level Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026, on 29th April night. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala that by His grace they can gather together in the bless-filled night to glorify the National Level Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026. His Majesty in the titah takes note of the theme for this year's Musabaqah Ceremony, "Mengukuhkan Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Menghayati Ajarannya" or "Strengthening Al-Quran Learning and Internalising Its Teachings."
